Welcome to Caseco Services! I’m Stephanie Case, a dedicated Legal Document Assistant registered in San Bernardino County (Registration No. 0395) and a Notary Public (Commission No. 2485297) with experience in real estate loan signings. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program at the University of California, Riverside Extension.
In March 2024, after a rewarding career at the San Bernardino Superior Court, where I worked from 2010 in various capacities—including Legal Processing Assistant Trainee, Legal Processing Assistant I & II, Self-Help Assistant, and Paralegal, I decided to take an early retirement and launch my own business, Caseco Services. During my time at the court, I gained valuable knowledge and experience in both the clerk's office and the self-help resource center, particularly in understanding court policies, practices, and procedures. I provided education and assistance to self-represented litigants on matters including family law, guardianship, small claims, and landlord-tenant issues.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate their legal challenges. At Caseco Services, I assist customers with a wide range of legal document preparation services, including family law matters (such as divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and parentage), government child support, guardianships and small claims cases. I also prepare vital estate planning documents such as living trusts, wills, advanced health care directives, and powers of attorney.
While I bring a wealth of experience to the table, it’s important to note that I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice. My services are guided by the rules set forth in California Business and Professions Code 6400 et. seq. I also provide contract paralegal services to attorneys under Business and Professions Code 6450 et. seq.
I look forward to helping you with your legal document needs and making your experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

LDA's or Legal Document Assistants are experienced professionals who are authorized under California law (Business and Professions code 6400 et. seq.) to assist the public in preparing legal documents. LDA's are required to be registered and bonded in the county of their principal place of business and have similar educational backgrounds as paralegals. Legal Document Assistants differ from paralegals in that they can provide self-help services directly to the public. Paralegals are defined in Business and Professions code section 6450 to mean only those persons who work for and are supervised by attorneys. Paralegals may not provide direct services to the public.
LDA's may not provide advice, represent you in court or select legal forms for you. When working with a legal document assistant you may need to seek the advice or guidance from an attorney. We can provide you with a referral if needed.
At Caseco Services, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics in everything we do. At Caseco Services we guarantee our work. If your documents are rejected by the court because of our error we will correct them free of charge!
